Ik ben Rowana Slegers. Als multidisciplinair kunstenares werk ik als Sitara Inanna.
Sitara werkt vanuit haar intuïtie, dat voor haar de leidraad is in haar leven. In haar werk onderzoekt zij de werkelijkheid en verhoudt zij zich tot culturen, religies, geschiedenis en visies over het leven. Uit dit onderzoek vloeit artistiek werk. De natuur is hierin nauw verbonden. Simpelweg omdat een mens natuur is, maar het de bron is van inspiratie en de fundamentele basis voor welzijn. Sitara gelooft dat een mens vanuit mens zijn van nature creeërt vanuit het hart en de ziel.
Rowana volgt het Sufi Pad sinds 2022, haar bevindingen weven samen met Sitara het leven.
Sitara werkt met textiel, performance, dans en geluid. Tevens met fotografie, video en digital art. Voor haar is alles één en zo is alles organisch samen.
Sitara biedt haar dienst aan voor werk in opdracht.

I am Rowana Slegers. As a multidisciplinary artist, I work as Sitara Inanna.
Sitara works from her intuition, which is the guideline in her life. In her work she investigates reality and relates to cultures, religions, history and views on life. Artistic work flows from this research. Nature is closely entangled in this process. Simply because a human is nature, too it is a great source of inspiration and the fundamental base for well-being. Sitara believes from being human we naturally create from
the heart and the soul.
Rowana is since 2022 on the Sufi Path.
The life experiences in this together with being an artist as Sitara
weaves her Path of Life.
Sitara works with textiles, performance, dance and sound. Also with photography, video and digital art. For her everything is one so all is naturally interwoven.
